Life is short. It’s time to figure out what you really want to do and get moving.

The world is full of amazing, talented, interesting people who are not doing work that fills them up. They have all this corked potential. They are brilliant and the world needs them. They are also overwhelmed and don’t know how to figure out what would be the best fit for them.

If you’re like me then living with a sense of purpose and doing work you love is pretty important. Along with freedom and being with the people you love, it’s right up there. It’s far too easy to settle and get stuck in a life that’s crazy busy and blah.

My clients are tired of mediocre living. They want to dial down the noise and connect with what is really important to them. They want awesome, fulfilling work they love.

It’s totally possible for you to find how to combine what you are good at with what you love and use that to help others. I’m here to help. Together we’ll untangle your brain and get clear on what you want to be doing next.

I see there is so much involved here for you…

  • Who you really are

  • What is really important to you

  • Who you want to be around

  • Your responsibilities

  • What you love doing

  • Your experience

  • How you want to spend your days

  • Your fears and concerns

  • The many overwhelming options you can see

  • The options you can’t see

  • How to think through this all without giving up or going crazy!

There are many ways to go about this. Broadly speaking, you can keep trying to find a way on your own, or you can get help. These are both valid. Whatever you decide to do, I hope you’ll find something helpful here on my website.

My take on things…

  • This process needs to start with you - and then we find or create work that is a fit.

  • The stage of life you’re in has a big impact on what kind of work will work for you.

  • Everyone can cultivate purpose. You don’t have to wait for Your Purpose to find you - though it often does when you start a quest to find it. And of course, it can change.

  • The process is a combination of structured, organised thought and giving yourself space and permission to dream and being open to new ideas.

  • You are the expert on yourself.

  • Life is short. This is important.

A little about me…

I know what it’s like to not know what you want to do with your life. I’ve worked as a product manager, I’ve been in sales, I’ve taught maths, I’ve done project management, I’ve run workshops, I’ve been a full time mom and home educator, I’ve worked in customer services. I’ve studied philosophy, psychology, maths, chemistry, religions, zoology, physics and more. Nothing felt quite right and I knew there was more . Then I found coaching and I absolutely love it. I know that I’ll never be completely done with this finding work I love thing, because I will change, my circumstances will change, the world will change, and I will adjust. In fact I love that process (hence doing what I do!).

I’ve been coaching for the past 6 years. I have a degree in Psychology and Philosophy and I studied coaching with The Coaching Academy (UK), Mentor Masterclass (USA) and Cadence Health (Australia). When I’m not working with clients, I’m walking my dog, meeting new people, hanging out with my family, chatting with my friends or being a mom taxi.

I offer free consultations to see if what I do is something that would work for you. Finding the right fit is important. There is no obligation to continue, my only aim with the consult is to help you figure out if this is the right option for you. You can book here.
